One of most unprofessional centers ever. We have been talking to Raj from prenu since last three months and asking him to let us talk to a nanny. He kept postponing it and assured us that we will make sure you get one before your delivery. Five days before our delivery date he told us we can't arrange one. This not just unprofessional, inhumane. Now we just have 5 days to arrange for a nanny. He stopped picking our calls now and informed us about their incompetence on email. If possible I would have given them -5 stars. I hope another customer reading this would learn from our mistakes and not deal with these bunch of swindlers. A horrible experience at this vulnerable time of ours. Really hate him from the bottom of my heart.
